To my children,

From the moment I first held you, I knew I was no longer just a man—I was your dad. That title, that responsibility, that gift has become the greatest role I will ever carry.

You’ve changed me in ways I could’ve never imagined. You’ve made me softer in my spirit and stronger in my purpose. I walk taller because I know you’re watching. I speak wiser because I know you’re listening. And I love deeper—because loving you has taught me what real love looks like.

I want you to know something important…

I’m not perfect. I’ll make mistakes. I’ll raise my voice sometimes. I might miss a moment or two while trying to build a future for us. But don’t ever confuse those moments with distance. My heart never leaves your side.

Even on the hardest days, you give me the strength to keep going. Every “I love you,” every laugh, every time you run into my arms… it rewrites every chapter of my life with purpose.

My promise to you is this:
I will protect you, not just from harm—but from doubt, fear, and anything that tries to steal your joy. 

I will provide for you—not just with food or clothes—but with wisdom, values, and the legacy of love.

I will be present—not just in body, but in heart, mind, and spirit.
And I will lead—not just with words, but with the example I set when no one’s looking.

One day, you’ll look back at your childhood. You might forget the toys. You might forget some of the rules. But I hope you never forget how deeply you were loved by your father.
